 | A little about meI learned to love sewing at my mother's side. The first thing I ever made was a dress for my Raggedy Ann - I sewed it to MY dress. When I got a little older, my Barbie had LOTS of strapless sheath dresses that I would make out of scraps of fabric during Saturday morning cartoons.
I began making my own clothes when I was 12 and have continued sewing for myself and others all of my adult life. About a year ago, I discovered fashion dolls - Ellowyne Wilde in particular - and began designing and sewing doll fashions. This has been such a wonderful and creative experience! It seems I've come full circle. |
